Angel and Jesus G. were excellent. They moved our VERY HEAVY piano up a flight of stairs all by themselves without a scratch. They were polite, courteous, and careful with our possessions. I've used other services in other cities in the last few years and... other movers have not been as professional as these guys. Moving peoples belongings is hard work and many movers just want to get it over with. I felt these guys were prompt and careful but not in so much of a hurry as to damage our belongs. We will use them again if we move.read more

We referred to John Ferguson by our home inspector. I contacted them on their page, received call in minutes. Set up a date for someone to come out to give an estimate, which was really good. They arrived 5 minutes early, hit the floor running. The... team consisted of 4 guys, when I tell you they have a plan and procedure to get things done. We were packed up, moved, and unpacked in less than 4 hours. All of this done at a great price, with 4 of the nicest people I've ever met. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Excellent service from these people. We have some very expensive, very heavy furniture items that had to go into storage before we could move into our new home. The entire organization from dispatch to the packers and movers handled everything... seamlessly. Nothing was damaged in any way. Moving is a huge chore and these people make is so much easier. Moving is agony. Weeks of self-packing (200 boxes large and medium), then moving day, then weeks of unpacking. It is a sort of hell. But, the three man crew made it tolerable, practiced distancing, and professionally blanket wrapped every piece of... furniture before moving it to the truck. They worked well together and kept up the pace all day long. The office staff also did fine work setting us up with the date/time and ideas and then communicated confirmation a couple of days in advance. They did what they said they would do, and kept their commitment. Yes, it was hell, but about as good as it gets in the moving business. We gave each of the three $40 tips and a sandwich lunch. Tired and achy but grateful.read more

This is the forth time we have used John Ferguson Moving, but my first experience working with them directly. My wife worked with them three times previously, and I can tell why she wanted to use them again. I was very impressed at the professionalism... and dedication these movers showed. We had them load up a 26-ft moving truck from a 10x20 storage container and it went flawlessly.They were also flexible as I was driving the moving truck from out of town and did not know exactly what time I would arrive. They were at the storage facility within 30 minutes of me calling them.Finally, I appreciated their personable nature, as they allowed my children to help (within reason) and were very pleasant to speak with.I would not hesitate to use their services again!read more

Our experience with John Ferguson Moving and Storage was excellent! Like many, we have left California for another state and now call Las Cruces, NM home. Gary was very responsive and always had a wonderful attitude. Their prices were excellent and... their 2 drivers went above and beyond at every level to make our move so easy. Terrance and Zebadiah worked like crazy, fit everything into the truck like a puzzle, were so polite and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have them in our home! Today, Ferguson Moving unloaded a 26 foot truck of furniture, appliances and boxes for me. They were amazing. They were on time, focused, interested in getting the move completed on time but also careful with placing my furniture and boxes on my new... flooring that I just had installed. They were knowledgeable about the assembly of all items, including setup of large screen tvs. They were also courteous and honest. They placed all boxes where they belonged based on the box labels.
